Insurance Negotiations (for non-par providers)

Non-participating providers are those who have declined entering into a contract with the insurance company.  One reason may be that the reimbursements offered by the carrier are less than cost which is associated to perform that procedure in the ASC.  Insurance negotiation becomes very critical for the ASC as later on it helps the ASC to negotiate at better contract rates.
