Hiring Guidelines

The hiring process involves one or more analytical tests followed by two levels of interviews. iNexters represent several backgrounds - science, business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, arts and so on. We seek individuals with passion and deep commitment. Our hiring process is based more on assessing if a candidate fits into our team and our culture than on individual aptitudes. The best advice we can give you to help you win in our interviews is: a) be open and honest b) know one or two areas of your professional background really well c) smile.

Culture

NextServices has an open and transparent culture. While iNexters cannot be bucketed into distinct personalities, we exhibit several behavioral traits that are common. Training & Development

A big part of the iNexter life is training and development. Training rooms are operational almost on a full-time basis -- not just for new recruits but for everyone. Training is not limited to revenue cycle management but expands to leadership and personality development. Our associates are continuously trained on several management areas from communication skills to social capital to business writing to time management. This results in a more rounded and balanced development as iNexters.
